Review of the home environment and person's function to optimise their safety and independence.
Functional Capacity Assessments
Full assessment and review of a person past, present and future functional ability.
Capacity Building
Ongoing therapeutic input to assist a person to achieve their goals.
Equipment Provision
Assessment and review of a person's functioning and limitations. Provision and trial of required equipment to increase safety, independence and fulfilment of their goals.
Home Modifications
Review and assessment of a person's function and the suitability of their home in facilitating safe and effective independence.

Hello! I'm Emma, your warm and welcoming Occupational Therapist at Reaching Out. I'm excited to have you here.

Growing up in rural Queensland instilled in me a deep passion for serving in remote areas, which has carried through to my career spanning various rural locations in Queensland and Western Australia.
​
Throughout my professional journey, I've continuously pursued training in home modifications and equipment provision to ensure I stay updated and informed. Engaging with mentors and supervisors keeps my skills sharp and current!
